About Be Formed
What is Be Formed?
- Be Formed is a 90-day discipleship program of faith and fellowship. It offers you a community to help you grow in your faith. The goal of Be Formed is to meet you where you’re at in your faith and help take you one step closer to Christ. Whether you are new to the faith or have been practicing your entire life, Be Formed is for you.
  Throughout the 90 days you will:
  Learn from priests, bishops and other religious leaders about our faith and teachings
  Have a life-changing encounter as you deepen your faith and grow closer to Christ
  Gain a community that encourages and inspires you in your relationship with God
How long does Be Formed run?
- Season 12 runs from Feb. 13 - May 13, 2026. SIJ has many group options, including women's groups, men's groups, couples groups and more. You can meet in-person or virtually.
I'm interested in serving as a facilitator
- Be Formed is growing and we are in need of more group facilitators! What does that entail?
  Some of the charisms of a good facilitator are Leadership, Encouragement and Service.
  It is about encouraging people to participate and share with one another for the building up of the Body of Christ.
  It is about seeing and hearing all those who are present in the group and keeping conversation on track.
  It is about creating an atmosphere of hospitality where people feel welcomed, safe, and trust that they are walking with the Lord.
  Facilitators are not theologians or counselors.
  Facilitating is not about what you know or do not know, what you can do or what you cannot do.
