Christmas Party

• It is a beloved annual event that brings together our parish community for a night of festive elegance, delicious dining, and lively entertainment.

• No fundraising, no to-dos, just a celebration of faith, community and connection.

• Parishioners and anyone in the community is welcome.

• Note: There is a maximum number of 245 parishioners and the event regularly sells out…be sure to purchase your tickets early!.

• Tickets are $150 per person.

• Includes passed appetizers, 2 drink tickets, seated dinner with tableside wine service, dessert. dancing and late night pizza snack.

• Extra drink tickets are available for purchase at the event for $15 each.
  
  

• When purchasing tickets, indicate with whom you would like to sit.

• Tables hold 8 or 10 people comfortably.  12 people is a bit of a squeeze, but available.

• Don’t worry If you don’t have specific requests!  We will match you with fellow parishioners.

• 5:50 valet & coat check open

• 6:00 cocktail reception

• 7:15 move to dining tables

• 7:30 prayer & dinner service

• 8:00 dancing begins

• 10:00 pizza snack

• 11:30 evening concludes 

Attire: Festive Evening Wear Think elegant, celebratory, and seasonally inspired. Here are some examples:

For Women:  Cocktail dresses (short or long), Dressy jumpsuits, Velvet, satin, or sequined fabrics

For Men:   Suits or dress slacks with a blazer, Button-down shirt with tie or bow tie

Yes! Help the night sparkle with your generosity. Family names of those donating extra will be recognized on signage at the event.  Opportunities include: 

• $50 - Extra Sparkle

• $100 - Extra Special Sparkle

• $150 - Ticket for a Parish Staff Member (expecting 30 attendees)

• $500 - Photo Booth

• $600 - Late Night Pizza Snack

• $6,000 - Live Band

** NOTE that $112 of the $150 ticket price covers the food, beverage, and service charge. Valet, coat check, table cloths, napkins, festive decor, photo booth and the band are incremental and go beyond the $150 per person.
