Career Transition Ministry

Threshold, a new ministry at SIJ, focuses on the dignity of work and the call to vocation, helping individuals gain clarity, confidence, and direction in their professional lives through the integration of faith, vocation, career strategy, leadership development, and meaningful community.

Parishioners will:

• Discern their unique gifts, strengths, and vocational calling
• Navigate career transitions with greater confidence and purpose
• Connect with others on a similar journey
• Align their work with their values, faith, and sense of purpose
• Pursue meaningful work, leadership, and service that reflect their God-given talents

This ministry will be led by SIJ parishioner Deborah O'Donnell, an executive coach and leadership advisor with extensive experience helping professionals navigate career transitions, discern new opportunities, and lead with confidence.
